EMPTY BOWLS & FULL HEARTS. ECLC youth in grades 6-8 have created and glazed clay bowls to raise money that will help feed people who are hungry. The empty bowls represent people in our community, and in the world, who do not have enough to eat. We will serve you soup & bread and invite everyone in the congregation to take part in a silent auction for the bowls we've made. Donations from this event will be given to a local hunger organization. Confirmation youth will be serving soup & bread immediately following the 11 am worship service on May 17. Please join us, and consider making a donation. Silent auction tables with bowls available for purchase will be set up in the Fellowship Hall beginning at 8 am. Bids will be accepted from 8 am – 12:30 pm, with the winning bidders taking home empty bowls and full hearts! Thank you for supporting ECLC youth with your presence on this special day.
