BE A CHAMPION FOR MISSION AT ECLC: ECLC is now seeking volunteers for our second year of Mission Partner Liaisons. Liaisons are champions for an particular mission partner, ranging from Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative to Community Emergency Service food shelf to Protect Minnesota. This smaller commitment leadership role is perfect for those passionate about justice…but busy at life. Email Deacon Lauren to learn more!

BUTTERFLY IN MOSAIC: Thank you to dozens of you who added a piece last Sunday to a special butterfly being added to ECLC’s lower level mosaic in memory of Pastor Stephanie this month. The meaningful butterfly is in the process of being installed; stop by anytime to see it. Special thanks to Deb James for her leadership!

HELP ECLC CONNECT WITH VEAP: ECLC’s Mission Team celebrates our five local hunger mission partners (Community Emergency Service, Loaves and Fishes, Meals on Wheels, Sheridan Story, and VEAP). We are passionate about ending hunger in MN! As we re-evaluate each of our 27 partners, and hear from many in the congregation that we could be more effective with fewer partners, we acknowledge that we have struggled most to find volunteers passionate about serving locally with VEAP recently. We are seeking a small group of VEAP leaders to engage ECLC with VEAP in 2020 so that we can continue this partnership. If you are interested in helping ECLC & VEAP continue to partner and learning more about what that means, please contact Deacon Lauren.
