Kelly Chatman and Bishop Ann Svennungsen, then to walk the mile to connect with the Justice for Jamar: Unity March and Rally assembling at the Minneapolis Police Department 4th Precinct - 1925 Plymouth Ave N, Minneapolis, and scheduled to begin at 12:00pm. The march route will end at the Hennepin County Government Center. COMMUNION HELPERS NEEDED FOR CHRISTMAS EVE: Communion servers and communion prep/cleanup volunteers are needed for worship at 3pm, 4:15pm, and 11pm on Christmas Eve (5:30 is all set). Please email Lauren at lmorsewendt@eclc.org if you can help. Communion cleanup is especially needed, if you have some wiggle room before any other celebrations!

GENESIS BIBLE STUDY IN JANUARY Kick off the New Year with an exploration of the beginning of the Bible! On Wednesday nights, 6:30-8 p.m., January 6-February 3, join ECLC member Rev. Catherine Malotky as she leads a Book of Faith study on Genesis that she authored. In this study, participants will explore early stories of faith and God's promise in the book of Genesis through each session’s big question. $15 fee for materials and scholarships available. WIT: WOMEN IN TRANSITION--all women welcome! We will gather Tuesday, January 12, 7-9 PM, at Grammercy Park, 6711 Lake Shore Dr, Richfield. Ruth Shiell, Robbyn Shiell and Jane Lepisto will be hosting, you can contact them with questions. We will discuss the book by Brene' Brown, "The Gifts of Imperfection". Looking ahead: February's meeting will be a discussion of "Threads: Pulling Meaning from the Tangled Mess," by Nancy Kraft.
