CARING 4 CREATION - TIP OF THE DAY: Remember to buy local. So many Framer’s Markets give us wonderful opportunities to buy local this summer. Why?

  • They haven’t lost their nutrients in a lengthy shipping process
  • Better tasting
  • Save energy. Transporting one pound of asparagus from Chili to New York uses 73 pounds of fuel energy & releases 4.7 pounds of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
