BRUNCH CHURCH On Sunday June 17 at both 8:30 and 11 we will gather for worship in a new way. Global Table, a Brunch Church Liturgy, gathers the community at tables to share food and conversation as well as to feast on word and sacrament. Our sanctuary will be transformed into a dining room, reminding us of our purpose each time we gather, but in a new way. Drawing on ancient words from the liturgy of the early church we will recall our unity across space and time and the ways in which our table of faith spans the universe. Music and prayers will draw our hearts to Christians around the globe. Please plan to come, bring a hunger for a light brunch along with your hunger for Christian community, for nurture in the faith and for justice! If you are willing to help with set-up or clean-up before or after 8:30 or 11 a.m. worship on this day, please contact Kay L.
